1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://wesconnex.com (“Site”) and any services, courses, or programmes (“Services”) offered by Wesconnex Ltd (“Wesconnex”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the Site or purchasing any of our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site or purchase our Services.
2. Our Services
Wesconnex is a content strategy, creator management, and production company. Our Services include but are not limited to:
Creator Management — Management and representation of TikTok creators and digital talent, including content strategy, brand partnership sourcing and negotiation, campaign execution, and audience growth.
Content Strategy & Production — Development and production of short-form video content and social media content for brands and our own channels, across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Training & Education
- Training Camp — A 3-day live online training programme delivered via Zoom, designed to provide participants with an overview of content strategy as a career.
- Video Content Strategist Programme — A 13-week coached programme delivered via live Zoom sessions, with homework assignments, coaching, and community access.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any Service at any time. If a material change affects a Service you have purchased, we will notify you in advance.
3. Purchases and Payment
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Your access to the purchased Service will be provided upon successful payment.
4. Refund Policy
Training Camp: If you are not satisfied with the Training Camp, you may request a full refund. No questions asked.
Video Content Strategist Programme: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued.
To request a refund, email contact@wesconnex.com with your name and purchase details. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
5. Live Sessions and Recordings
Our courses are delivered through live Zoom sessions. While we strongly encourage live attendance, session recordings will be made available to all participants.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection and a device capable of running Zoom
- We are not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent attendance
Recordings:
- Session recordings are provided for your personal use only
- You may not download, copy, distribute, share, sell, or publicly display any recordings
- Recording access may be time-limited at our discretion
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through our Services — including but not limited to presentations, videos, recordings, templates, frameworks, worksheets, and written materials — is the intellectual property of Wesconnex Ltd and is protected by copyright law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use course materials for your personal and professional development only.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with any third party
- Record, screenshot, or capture any live sessions
- Use course materials to create competing products or services
- Resell or sublicense any course content
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
7. Email Communications
By purchasing a Service, you consent to receiving transactional emails related to your purchase, including:
- Purchase confirmations
- Session reminders and Zoom links
- Session recordings
- Course updates and information
You may also receive marketing emails about our other programmes and services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link provided in each email.
8. Acceptable Use
When using the Site or participating in our Services, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm other participants or staff
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or Services
- Collect personal data of other participants without their consent
- Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from the Site
9. Content Ownership
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is owned by or licensed to Wesconnex Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service

Earnings disclaimer: Any income figures or career outcomes referenced in our marketing materials or courses are examples only and are not guarantees. Individual results will vary based on effort, experience, and market conditions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
